Terms & Conditions / Cancellations: Non-Refundable Booking Fee
Non-Refundable Booking Fee: A $50 non refundable booking fee is required to schedule and secure any Permanent Makeup or Restorative Service appointment. This is to ensure that you are serious about your appointment and will be applied towards your balance on the day of your service. Full payment is due at the time of your first appointment.
If you reschedule your appointment more than 2 times you will be charged another non-refundable booking fee of $50.00.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Out of respect for the time dedicated to an appointment, we ask for a courtesy call of at least 48 hours if you need to cancel or reschedule any appointment. Being on time for your appointment is very important. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late you will be asked to reschedule, your booking fee will be forfeited and you will be required to pay another $50 booking fee to reschedule. Please note the length of your scheduled appointment and allow for the full amount of time. If you cannot commit to the required time the day of the appointment, you will be asked to reschedule, and you will be required to pay another $50 non refundable booking fee. Complimentary Consultations are available to anyone who wants more information on any service and can be scheduled with any artist by contacting the studio at 920.770.3DBW (3329). Consultations are NOT required for all services.

For services under $100.00, you will be required to pay in full at the time of booking.
