What is Permanent Jewelry?

Permanent jewelry is a dainty, sustainable statement piece. It is claspless and has nothing to do with the skin, nor does it adhere to the skin. It is simply a product for sale that is welded closed. It’s a unique way to wear a fine piece of jewelry without a clasp. Seeing there is no clasp, permanent jewelry looks great with charms which we have available as well!

We have a variety of gold and silver jewelry available at the studio, including solid gold! Bracelets, necklaces, and anklets are customized to a size of your personal preference.

Permanent Jewelry Appointments

A standard jewelry fitting takes about 15-20 minutes per piece; therefore, if you would like more than one piece of jewelry, you need to book a separate appointment slot for each piece. When you arrive, simply pick your chain, and we will weld it closed! While the welding of the piece takes only a second, you’ll need time to pick out the style of chain you’d like. A $25 non-refundable booking fee will hold your spot and go toward your jewelry.

*** All permanent jewelry sales are final. Please provide 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment so we can fill your spot.

Permanent Jewelry FAQ

WHAT IF I NEED IT REMOVED?

Although permanent jewelry is meant to last, it can be removed with a scissors or nail clipper. You can stop in and we can do it, or we can just explain the best way to remove it so that it can be rewelded when you are ready for $15.

DO I NEED AN APPOINTMENT?

While scheduled appointments are best, we do have walk-in hours available on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 8:00AM to 2:00PM.

DOES IT HURT?

It doesn’t hurt! Nothing is being done to your skin; therefore, this service is painless.

WHAT IF IT BREAKS OR I LOSE IT?

Permanent jewelry is meant to be done with dainty, every day pieces, but if you snag it on something and it breaks we are happy to reweld it shut for $15.

Note: 3D Brows and Wellness is not responsible for lost chains.

WHAT TYPES OF JEWELRY CAN I CHOOSE?

We have gold and silver chain options which can be done as bracelets, anklets, and necklaces.

HOW CAN I GIFT THIS TO SOMEONE ELSE?

Permanent jewelry is a great gift! Gift certificates are available at the studio in any dollar amount!

WHO SHOULD NOT RECEIVE PERMANENT JEWELRY?

Permanent jewelry is a great fit for most people; however, if you have a pacemaker it is recommended that you do not wear permanent jewelry.

WHAT IF I’M HAVING AN MRI OR AN X-RAY DONE?

Always consult your doctor and double check if you’ll need to remove your permanent jewelry prior to an MRI or X-Ray. Typically, ferrous metals need to be removed before entering an MRI room. The easiest way to see if your jewelry is ferrous is to place a magnet by your piece of jewelry. If the magnet grabs your jewelry, it’s ferrous; therefore, it will need to be removed before your MRI. Gold is non-ferrous, but it’s still good to check it and see if non-ferrous metals are allowed in the MRI room.
