Important Booking Note:
Microblading, Combination Brows and Powder Brows require TWO appointments 8-12 weeks apart if you have never had the service done before. When you book online, you will receive an email confirmation with a private link to choose your 2nd appointment, your “Perfecting Session” date, as well as all of your permanent makeup forms. If you are booking a Color Boost for any service, it is just ONE appointment, not two. Please check your email for this information or call or text the studio with any questions at 920.770.3329!
ATTENTION: If you have received the Covid-19 vaccination, you must allow 2 weeks before and after receiving any round of the vaccination before receiving permanent makeup.
Complimentary Consultations are available to anyone who wants more information on any service and can be scheduled by contacting the studio at 920.770.3DBW (3329). Consultations are NOT REQUIRED for all services, only as noted.
If you reschedule your appointment more than 2 times you will be charged another non-refundable booking fee of $50.00.
If your perfecting session is not done within 8-12 weeks after your initial appointment, you will be charged $150.00 for the perfecting session regardless of availability.
All Permanent Makeup Services are performed by Jill Ullmer. Jill provides all techniques of eyebrows (microblading, combination brows) and 3D areola restoration.
FOR ALL PERMANENT MAKEUP SERVICES: A $50.00 non refundable booking fee is required to schedule and secure any Permanent Makeup or Restorative Service appointment. This is to ensure that you are serious about your appointment and will be applied towards your balance on the day of your service. Full payment is due at the time of your first appointment.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Out of respect for the time dedicated to an appointment, we ask for a courtesy call of at least 48 hours if you need to cancel or reschedule any appointment. Being on time for your appointment is very important. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late you will be asked to reschedule, your booking fee will be forfeited and you will be required to pay another $50 booking fee (where applicable) to reschedule. Please note the length of your scheduled appointment and allow for the full amount of time. If you cannot commit to the required time the day of the appointment, you will be asked to reschedule, and you will be required to pay another $50 non refundable booking fee. Appointments paid in full will not be refunded for no-call, no-show clients. Notice of at least 48 hours is required to cancel or reschedule pre-paid appointments, and a 25% rebooking fee may be assessed. To cancel or reschedule, please call 920.770.3DBW (3329).
